I decided to start streaming under the Josh X name again. Maybe I’m getting a bit old for nicknames, I dunno. Some games and platforms started to censor the muggerfugger name. I still like the Boozer name, but meh, I’ll just be me.
I wanted to create a page with all my stream links on it, and https://joshx.com/links seem a bit much to share, i wanted the URL to be short, so i grabbed https://jsx.gg, and it’ll just display the links, while JoshX.com will remain my main site.
I’ll also keep the existing link page here, since it has more that isn’t related to gaming.
Used Grok+ChatGPT to code the site for me, since its faster, and it looks alright.
I have a separate logo for my gaming stuff, which is a logo I first had created for the Rekt Arcade stream, but Rumble messed that dream all up with its new channel/user name restrictions. The main site here will retain the logo I manually HAND CRAFTED! haha.
Also, I have adjusted all my settings and made it so that I can stream to most sites with max bandwidth, while having a separate stream just for Twitch, and it seems to work great. Only problem is I had to adjust my ultrawide resolution to 16:9, which meant I’ll have a black bar some where on the screen. I decided to put it at the bottom, and put the webcam and chat down there. I think it turned out nice. Now the chat, logo, and camera no longer cover up parts of the game.
