Man it is so cold right now! It’ says its 1°F, but feels much lower. Too cold.
The other day we got the first snow of the year! which is kinda late considering its January. Usually snows way before this! I’m not complaining too much though, I certainly do not like the snow as much as I did when I was younger and loved to roll around in it. ha.
We didn’t get a lot of snow. Some where between 2-4 inches or something like that. The major problem is how cold it is! It’s been hard trying to keep my room warm, ha but I don’t mind the cold that much as long as I have a way to cover up. Much better than the heat we have in the summer time.
I took the ferrets out and let them play in the snow for a little bit. I don’t think they ever been in the snow. They seemed to love it. I get weird when I let them out though because they run around so fast, and I don’t want them to get lost or anything.
They kept doing a tunneling thing, where they would just put their head under the snow and move as quickly as they could, was kinda hilarious to see. the snow wasn’t that deep, so they weren’t able to get completely under it.

I finally got over my cold, have a minor cough lately, but the bad part it’s over. So its probably best I don’t even attempt playing in the snow, ha, but I miss it.
I really did used to spend hours out side, even by myself, just playin in the snow. Making snow men, forts, HUGE SLIDES!, and just whatever, was fun. Now it just seems the snow is annoying, ha. I don’t hate it though.
