Locked out of X, Had to start another

I was locked out of my X account last week for “suspicious activity”, and I’m not sure what happened, but it seems like my contact info was deleted from my account as well, so it’s impossible to recover.

X support is horrible and has zero interest in helping me recover my account, even though I’ve been a paying premium+ member over almost 2 years! Support is pretty much nonexistent on X.

Took days for X support to reply to me with generic bot like emails, and each time they auto lock the support ticket, so I can’t reply at all.

They say they are unable to verify me as the account owner, even though my email, which was on the account, is on every invoice for the past 2 years, and not to mention that my name, domain, face, and everything is all over the account. The account is even ID verified!

But nope, they refuse to help. And of course Elon Musk isn’t going to step in since I’m a non grifting little guy. He only helps the bigger accounts so meh, I guess I have to begin work on a whole knew account, which is bullshit. I’ve been working hard on building up my followers on that account, went from 2k to 5k in less than a month. So, it’s not a big deal really. I liked the age of the account, which was regged in 2007. I liked my GEOTUS handle, but whatevs.

I was reluctant to start a new account, I don’t want the same bullshit to happen again, but this time i’m going to make sure my phone number and all that is in the account info, I’m pretty sure it was in the other one, but whatever glitch they had deleted it.

Can’t really blame Elon though for only helping the larger accounts, there are hundreds of millions of accounts, he doesn’t have the time to help every single account. But, he does need a better support staff. It shouldn’t take days to get a response, especially for members that pay $17 a month.

oh well, I like Grok, and want to continue to support free speech, so I’m probably going to resubscribe to X Premium+, even though I got fucked out of 3 weeks of my last subscription. Luckily the card that I used to pay for premium on that account expired this month, so i shouldn’t have to fuss with getting that subscription cancelled.

My new account is http://www.x.com/joshxcom (all the good names are long taken, blah!), I’ll have to date my links everywhere.
