For the past day or so I’ve been thinking about making the site wider. I kept putting it off because it is oh so much work!

The site replies heavenly on graphics, which really aren’t the easiest to create, and basically i would have to re create it all from scratch.

So tonight I decided to go ahead and do it. While doing it i had some ideas to change it up a bit, and add more colors, and other designs to the page. I think the result is pretty cool, and much better, but there is still much more that I want to do.

I create the page over time, and i add as i go, so the site will be forever changing. I used some gold on the logo (crown outline) So, i think it’ll be cool to incorporate the color into the site some more. So, we might start seeing tons of different colors in the site.

As I stated in the “About Me” page, I’m not gothic, and I’m not a dark person. I just think the dark black and red looks cool, but if i can add more colors to make the site look even more awesome, i will. I basically see this site as a art platform; a painting, that i can change and add to all the time.

I would like the input on whoever reads this as well, what should i do? Do you like the changes? What other colors do you think will look cool on the site?

I think I’ll change it even again and make the layout 1000pixels in width. It’ll add even more room. The only thing i have to worry about is people not having resolution that high on their computers, but im pretty sure everyone does now. Mine is 1920px.

The wider design also allows me to add more links into the nav menu. So more things are open for people to access without having to goto nav pages, as i was doing before with the Writings section.

Anyways i will be adding and changing the site alot.

And maybe even soon i’ll create an actual post, ha.

i went out last night around 2am and bought Michael Jackson’s “THIS IS IT”.

I’ve been waiting for it, and it was released at midnight. I actually debated rather to go or not, because i wasnt sure if the walmarts would even have it out or not. And i could always go later on the next day or so. But I became very bored sitting in the house and decided to go.

I got the Limited Special edition that has a bonus DVD of 90 hours of extra footage, which i think comes normal on the bluray version?

I watched most of the first dvd before i fell asleep, and its simply awesome. I’ve been a fan of  Michael’s all my life, and its cool to see how he was behind the scenes working, and making everything happen, its just awesome.

Even if you are not a fan, i suggest going and buying this, because it’ll kinda show you what type of person Michael was.

im going to be fixing up the site in the next week or so, or forever. i dunno what im doing really.

I edited the image at the top of the site. I made the Josh X logo bigger, and also changed the font on the menu. I really loved the scribble like psycho font that i was using, but it was so hard to read. Actually made me sad to take it off. I am still actually using the font as the sub title or whatever, that’s below the menu that says “my little page”. Its easy to read there, but only because its large.

I’ve been trying to find ways to include some of the latest posts on the main site, or a just some updates, or whatever without having to do them manually. I’ve been stuck for a while on it and could not find anything, but recently, well yesterday i found a nice plugin that lists some updates for me. It’s not exactly what i was looking for, but it’ll work for now.

I plan to actually start writing on here soon. It’s just really hard for me. I don’t like to open up, and i especially dislike talking about myself anymore. As i’ve said, im not sure why. It’s not because of some self loathing, even though i may have some of that. i’m just not sure, but whatever it is, im going to try to resolve/repair it by writing more and more, and opening up.
I used to be much more open, and i need to take the chance again and allow people in. We’ll see :0Þ

I have loved Conan O’Brien since i first saw his show many many years ago, and have been a huge fan ever since.

I love his humor, and i love how he is more willing to make fun of himself rather than others, which is rare for the late night hosts.

I feel that NBC is totally screwing him, and i am proud that he is standing up to to them!
